Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit before booking future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time as a courtesy when rescheduling with proper notice.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of booking privileges.
